Roxburgh Milkins was founded in 2003 by Bruce Roxburgh and Jason Milkins who had worked together at a leading commercial law firm. Their aim was to establish a firm which could compete with the best commercial law firms but to do so in a way which gave clients a more personal and flexible service.
