Policies that walk the walk

Our policy

For Roxburgh Milkins, diversity means finding the right people for the job. The following are examples of discrimination which are against our policy:

This policy is monitored periodically by us to judge its effectiveness. Our Equality and Diversity Champion will be responsible for the operation of the policy.

Disciplinary and grievance procedures

The policy applies to all members and employees of our firm. Acts of discrimination on grounds of sex, marital status, civil partnership status, sexual orientation, age, disability, race, colour, height, nationality or national or ethnic origins, religion or belief by any member or employee of the firm, or a failure by any member or employee to comply with the firm’s Equality and Diversity Policy will result in disciplinary action.

When any member or employee of the firm has a grievance as a result of discrimination on grounds of sex, marital status, civil partnership status, sexual orientation, age, disability, race, colour, height, nationality or national or ethnic origins, religion or belief, the firm will treat this seriously and take action
