Fixed prices
Contrary to popular belief, lawyers don’t start charging from the moment a client walks through the door - at least we don’t. If you’re planning to start a business, we’ll be happy to spend time getting to know you and agreeing what help you need before we look to charge a fee.
After an initial consultation, we will agree what services you need and how much they will cost. Services that could come within a fixed price may include some or all of the following:
- incorporating companies (including community interest companies)
- trading terms and conditions
- terms and conditions and privacy policies for websites
- shareholders’ agreements and articles of association
- employment contracts
- company secretarial and registered office services
- advice to licence, protect or register intellectual property
