Nick's preference is to be involved in transactions. He has many years experience on both sides of the table representing clients buying, selling, financing or structuring their businesses and has also been involved in such transactions as the client. As a result he brings his entrepreneurial and business-focussed experience to all his clients' business activities.
Nick has been in charge of legal departments at two of the country's leading law firms as well as being in-house general counsel to both listed and private companies and has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of corporate and commercial activity. Nick is happy to relax walking his dogs or cycling and is a keen water-skier and swimmer.
