I am an experienced corporate lawyer who has advised on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, buy outs, private equity fundraisings, joint ventures, re-organisations and bank financing.
I have worked with a broad range of clients including private and public companies, shareholders, entrepreneurs, management teams and banks.
I began my career in the City with Lawrence Graham, qualifying in 1995. Following qualification, I worked in the corporate departments of Burges Salmon and Eversheds before joining Roxburgh Milkins LLP as a partner in October 2006. The opportunity to join such a dynamic entrepreneurial firm offering a different and refreshing approach to the provision of legal services was one that I simply could not refuse.
Outside of work, I enjoy rugby (these days from the safety of the stands or the armchair), running, kayaking, fishing, cooking and spending time with my young family.
