Premier Vet Alliance (PVA) has completed the sale of its Premier Buying Group business to Animal Healthcare Services (a subsidiary of Henry Schein) for £6.3 million.
PVA retain its Premier Pet Care Plan business, which will be its focus following the sale of the buying group. In growing this business, PVA intends to develop its international offering in both the US and Europe.
After starting life as a veterinary group in 1969, PVA disposed of all its own practices in 2015. Roxburgh Milkins advised PVA not only on these transactions but also on commercial matters for several years.
