NMi has announced its acquisition of Young Calibration Ltd., a UKAS accredited calibration laboratory (Laboratory 0604) and component testing laboratory with unrivalled knowledge and experience in thermal fluid systems testing, component cleanliness and air flow calibration.
This acquisition marks the first step in the NMi buy-and-build strategy. “We are extremely pleased to support NMi in the completion of its first acquisition since LLCP investment in the company,” says David Cowan, LLCP Sr. Managing Director.
