Bristol-based software company eKeeper has been acquired by Norland Capital, a technology focused private equity investment firm.
Norland has recently acquired London-headquartered DPR, which provides banking software to more than 40 banks and buildings societies in the UK and Europe.
Following the deal, the enlarged DPR Group has made its first acquisition with the purchase of Bristol-based eKeeper, which provides customer relationship management (CRM) system to more than 300 mortgage brokerages across the UK.
Momentum Corporate Finance was the lead adviser to the eKeeper shareholders while Roxburgh Milkins provided legal advice and Michelmores provided tax advice.
