Rebellion Developments, the independent UK video game company, has bought Wakefield-based TickTock Games for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition means that Rebellion, the developer behind the Sniper Elite series and owner of Judge Dredd publisher 2000AD, now has four separate UK game studios under its banner. Charles van der Lande, Jason Milkins and Harriet Webb from Roxburgh Milkins advised Rebellion.
