Danbury MotorCaravans, a Bristol-based campervan conversion company, has been acquired by French motorhome group Pilote.

Danbury specialises in the conversion of retro style VW T2, the VW T5&6 and Ford Transits into motorcaravans and has been converting vehicles for more than 15 years.

Pilote, which has been in the motorcaravan business for more than 50 years, has acquired Danbury Motor Caravans, and its staff, for an undisclosed sum.
