BWS acquisition from Securitas

BWS Group is a leading consortium of fire, security, and electrical service providers, all based across the South West of England.

They have recently acquired selected contracts from Securitas (the global security provider) and will continue to work with the business to deliver the services. 

Philip Edmonds of Roxburgh Milkins advised on the transaction with Harriet Calver, Carl Spencer-Spear and Paul Dimerin. This is the fourth acquisition the firm have assisted BWS with since 2022 as part of their buy & build strategy.
