Charles Saunders acquired by Kitwave

Charles Saunders, one of the largest family-owned foodservice companies in the South West, has been acquired by Kitwave.
The acquisition is part of Kitwave’s long term growth strategy.
There will be no changes to Charles Saunders’ depot, operations, sales or head office teams, and the existing leadership team remains in place, with Darren Gaulton appointed as executive director and Kim Carwardine as managing director. The business will continue to trade under the Charles Saunders brand.
