Telecoms, connectivity and IoT services provider Comms365 has been sold to Wireless Logic Limited.
Comms365 is an award-winning supplier of resilient always-on IoT and internet connectivity, aiming to get their clients and their devices connected to the internet, anywhere. They have been supporting companies of all sizes solve their simple and complex internet connectivity challenges for over 17 years. Wireless Logic (with private equity backing) will be looking to grow the business further, from that strong customer base.
Jason Milkins, Ben Edwards, Peri Stefanou, Harriet Calver and Carl Spencer-Spear advised the shareholders of Comms365 Holdings Limited, along with DSA Advisory and Saffery.
