Focus acquisition of Chalkline

Focus Group have announced their acquisition of Chalkline as the latest in their buy & build strategy.
Chalkline has been trading since 2016, building deep customer relationships and an impressive technology service portfolio across Office 365, Azure, managed security, IT support, Teams telephony and professional services.
The acquisition presents Focus Group with immediate access to Chalkline's IT managed services expertise, its proven go-to-market strategy, the team's HaloPSA knowledge base, and sophisticated automated delivery model.
