Pinnacle joint venture

Pinnacle Investments has joined the Hyde Group within a new joint venture partnership, to support the Group's aim of securing more institutional capital to deliver thousands of homes over the next five years.
The joint venture creates a vertically integrated offer, spanning housing investment, development, landlord services, community services and property management at scale across the UK.
Charles van der Lande and Ben Edwards of Roxburgh Milkins advised Pinnacle Investments. Pinnacle Group (which was acquired by Hyde in 2024) has been a client of Roxburgh Milkins for over 20 years.
