Sale of Caroline Banks & Associates

Mayfair based financial planning business Caroline Banks & Associates (CB&A) has been bought by Benchmark Capital. CB&A is an award winning firm and has more than £200m of client assets under management.
CB&A has worked with Benchmark for the past 11 years, using their technology and compliance solutions, and the management team and staff now join Benchmark as part of the integration.
Charles van der Lande, Bruce Roxburgh, Ben Edwards and Harriet Calver advised Caroline Banks on the sale.
