Sale of PRISM Strategic Intelligence

Lamplighter Group Ltd, a global strategic intelligence and advisory firm, today announced the acquisition of PRISM Strategic Intelligence, a London-based geopolitical intelligence and investigative firm. 

PRISM has deep expertise in sectors including energy, mining, and capital markets and topics such as sanctions, corruption and other forms of illicit finance, particularly in Europe and Eurasia. It advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, investors and law firms operating in some of the world’s most complex operating environments.

As part of the transaction, Kate Mallinson, founder of PRISM, will join Lamplighter’s Board of Directors.

Jason Milkins, Michael Clarke and Philip Edmonds advised PRISM’s shareholders.
