Since joining in 2015,  Harriet has supported on a broad range of corporate transactions.

Background: Bristol born Harriet studied at Manchester University, before returning to Bristol, where she completed her LPC, trained at Clarke Willmott LLP and then joined Roxburgh Milkins on qualification. 

In Practice: Harriet supports the Corporate partners in a broad range of transactional work, focusing particularly on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and intercompany re-organisations, as well as general corporate matters. Harriet enjoys working closely with clients and has previously assisted some of the firm’s Commercial clients in an impressive range of projects, giving her wide experience of client needs.

In her spare time: Harriet loves filling her spare time seeing friends and family, keeping fit, exploring new hobbies and travelling the world on mini backpacker snippets.

Harriet is a keen networker and has helped establish a popular "Women in Corporate (WINC)" networking group, bringing together women in Bristol’s corporate sector several times a year to build invaluable connections.
