Sale of Tailfin

Tailfin has joined MVC Group, sports goods manufacturer and the family behind Castelli, Sportful, Karpos and Zoot.
Founded in Bristol, Tailfin has quickly made a name for itself in premium technical bikepacking equipment. Manifattura Valcismon was founded in 1946 and is still family-controlled. It specialises in technical apparel for cycling and outdoor sports. With 10 subsidiaries across 75 countries, commercial and industrial networks and the same appetite for innovation, MVC will help Tailfin keep building momentum.
Nick Broadbent and the management team will retain a minority stake and continue to build incredible products, supporting athletes and growing an engaged community.
