We have supported PVA from their early stages, through a number of acquisitions and disposals as they have grown and specialised within their niche of preventative healthcare.
This included the sale of their veterinary surgeries in 2016 and of their buying group in 2017. We also advised on PVA's acquisition of Simplyhealth's animal healthcare division in 2020 and have advised on various funding rounds.
