Employers

  • Advising numerous start-ups and scale ups on the employment aspects of running a business in the UK, including drafting contracts of employment and staff handbooks.
  • Acting for a technology company on its high-level HR issues, including site closures, restructures, under-performance, disciplinary processes including gross misconduct, grievances and data subject access requests, short-term and persistent absenteeism concerns and discrimination claims.
