Focus Group have expanded their portfolio and geographical reach even further through the acquisition of Scottish-based connectivity and telephony specialists, HighNet.
The deal builds on Focus Group's acquisition of Exeter located swcomms less than a month ago.
HighNet will continue to operate under its brand name, with the existing MD, management team and employees remaining.
