Fundamentals Ltd has completed the sale of its HV Services division to Freedom, a company in the NG Bailey Group.
The acquired HV Services team brings expertise in the electricity generation, transmission and distribution sectors, with more than 40 years' experience working on mission critical assets across the entire voltage range.
Bruce Roxburgh and Laura Guest of Roxburgh Milkins Limited provided legal advice to Fundamentals Ltd.
