Kings Heavy Haulage has announced its sale to Groupe Capelle, an abnormal load transport specialist headquartered in France.
The business is a Bristol-based, pan-European operator with more than 50 years of experience in heavy and abnormal load movements.
The acquisition gives Capelle Group access to an established UK platform with strong local expertise and longstanding customer relationships.
Richard Hopkins, Michael Clarke and Ben Edwards of Roxburgh Milkins advised the shareholders of Kings Heavy Haulage on legal aspects of the agreement (along with Bishop Fleming).
