Mecsia Group have acquired Gloucester based SK Heating and Cooling. Mecsia is a nationwide supplier of technical engineering services, offering mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance, as well as round-the-clock reactive services for a diverse set of clients.
The business underwent an MBO in 2020 backed by Rockpool Investments and following on from their purchase of Acorn Engineering last year, SK is the latest addition to the Mecsia portfolio.
