Sennen Tech (a Bristol-based provider of advanced software for the delivery and operation of large-scale renewable energy generation) has been acquired by Kraken Technologies, part of Octopus Energy Group.
Sennen’s software uses cloud technology to streamline oversight, maintenance, and daily operation of renewable energy projects. Roxburgh Milkins have been supporting Sennen since 2019 and Charles van der Lande, Laura Guest and Michael Clarke advised the founders on the sale.
