IT services provider, Vysiion Group, has been acquired in a deal which provides an exit for minority stakeholder BGF. The business has now been acquired by Exponential-e, a cloud, network and unified communications company.
Since BGF backed Vysiion in 2015, following a £4m investment, revenue and EBITDA have more than doubled.
