Helen works alongside IT and Commercial lead Carl Spencer-Spear and director Ian Grimley, advising the firm’s strong range of commercial clients. From data protection audits to contracts, she efficiently manages client accounts so they can concentrate on growing their business.

Before joining us, she was a commercial solicitor at Womble Bond Dickinson – where she had the opportunity to work with large multinational clients and understand their commercial drivers.

Helen has also been involved in the UWE Entrepreneurship mentoring scheming, advising students as needed on their projects.
