The Hayes Parsons Group – the name behind Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers, underwriting agency Admiral Marine, and CMTIA (Combined Market Traders Insurance Association) – has added professional indemnity broker Ntegrity Insurance Solutions to its roster.
Without disclosing financial terms of the transaction, the group stated that its annualised insurance turnover now amounts to more than £27 million with Ntegrity’s arrival.
