Rockpool Investments has provided further funding to portfolio company EC Electronics (a global provider of electronic manufacturing services) in their first acquisition, Swan Electronics Manufacturing Solutions (“EMS”).
The acquisition of Swan provides the group with enhanced production capacity in the UK, supported by the Romanian manufacturing operation. The group will be able to offer a wider range of manufacturing services and technical support across the enlarged business.
