Anna is an employment law specialist and has worked with Roxburgh Milkins since 2008. She is known for her pragmatic down to earth approach, working with clients to problem solve in a commercial way.

Supporting employers: Anna is a trusted partner for her clients dealing with everyday HR headaches through to complex litigation. She provides advice on settlement agreements, redundancy/restructuring exercises, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including the implications of TUPE and data protection.

Supporting individuals: Anna specialises in dealing with senior executive exits.

Mediations: Anna is an internal workplace mediator as well as being experienced at taking tribunal cases to mediation.

Training: Training has always been a major part of Anna’s work. She delivered the employment law module on the level 5 CIPD course and regularly writes articles for numerous publications, as well as authoring online learning modules.
