Harriet is an employment law specialist and Head of our Employment Team.
Harriet has significant experience supporting both employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She is known for her considered, practical and empathetic approach. She appreciates the importance of getting to know her clients and closely collaborating in order to achieve the best outcomes for them.
Supporting employers: Harriet is on hand to answer day to day HR queries. She also provides advice on complex disputes, settlement negotiations, redundancy/restructuring exercises and the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including the implications of TUPE.
Supporting individuals: Harriet assists clients to navigate tricky issues arising at work, resolve disputes and negotiate exits. She also advises on employment tribunal claims, often involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
Employment investigations: Harriet acts as an independent investigator for organisations who need external support in dealing with complaints about workplace issues.
Harriet also regularly delivers training and seminars on all aspects of employment law.
Prior to joining Roxburgh Milkins, Harriet worked at a London city law firm with a leading employment law practice and has been recognised as a ‘key lawyer’ in the Legal 500.
