Since joining us in 2013, Philip has worked alongside our corporate partners, on a wide variety of transactions.

Background: Trained with Freeth Cartwright in Nottingham, qualifying into their corporate department, where he gained a solid grounding in handling transactions for clients of all sizes.

In practice: Philip is an enthusiastic and professional lawyer working on the full range of corporate transactional and related company law matters.

In his own words: "Since joining Roxburgh Milkins in 2013 I’ve worked on a wide range of matters for clients both large and small – refinancing and minor reorganisations, stock market flotations and placings, multi-million pound share sales, friendly company mergers and buy-outs and private equity backed business purchases. I'm given a lot of responsibility and I think that works in our clients' best interests."

In his spare time: Having recently become a father, when not at his desk, He is most likely to be at home trying to restore order to the madness of having a young family. Gone (temporarily?!) are Saturdays spent in the stands of various lower league football grounds or underneath the bonnets of old cars. You might still catch Philip, though, at the top of a ladder with that dangerous combination of too much confidence and too little expertise.
